– What delivery options are available in the online store?

We ship ordered products via a courier service. Delivery does not include carrying the product inside. You can also choose to collect your order in person from our warehouse in Sanok. During the purchase process, you must select your preferred option.

– Can I return products purchased from Omium.eu?

You can return purchased products within 14 days of delivery based on the right of withdrawal from the sales agreement. To do so, please send a completed return form (link) to info@ikershop.com.
Returned products must be sent at your own expense to: Ikershop.com, Plac Św Michała 3, 38-500 Sanok.
Upon receiving the returned products, we will check for any signs of use (damage, stains). Within two weeks, you will receive a refund for the purchase or a portion of it (in the case of damage).

– What should I do if the product is damaged?

The customer should always check the condition of the product upon delivery with the courier. If the product is damaged, the courier is required to write a damage report, which should be scanned along with photos of the product/packaging and immediately sent to info@omium.eu.
Our complaint handling team will contact you to resolve the issue.

– Can I make purchases on installments?

Absolutely! Installment payments are available through Alior Bank’s installment system, accessible via Przelewy24.

– What payment methods are available?

– What is the order processing time?

Since all production is made to order, the processing time can take up to 30 working days.

– Can I order fabric samples?

Yes, to do so, please contact us via email at info@omium.eu or by phone at +48 883-910-910.

– Will I be informed about the shipment of the ordered products?

The day before the scheduled shipment, our logistics manager will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery address.

– I am an architect. How can I get details about the terms of cooperation?
